STAY AWAY ! My wife and I stayed from July 18-July 28 and BOTH of us ended up covered on bites that appear to be BED BUG caused, At first we thought they were mosquito bites from being at outside local events, but the longer we stayed the bites multiplied
(ALWAYS at night) intending to notify hotel staff at checkout a woman from the 3rd floor also complained about the problem, as the desk attendant seemed aloof we checked out as fast as we could, returned to Arizona, immediately washed all the clothes in case we had any "Passengers", disinfected all the luggage and then called the "Best Western" Customer service desk (Gary was VERY helpful) who in turned my info over to the Hotel management who initially claimed they had NO complaints until I made them aware of others checking out voicing bug complaints also, then pretty much was told by hotel staff Too Bad-So Sad and we don't care........oh they offered me a $100 gift card to just go away and keep my mouth shut......I refused the offer and am now notifying the Wisconsin Department of Health, Calling back to (Best Western) "Customer Service" and notifying the various travel sites of the deplorable conditions and attitudes of the hotel staff and management.......You've been warned ! less
