Hotel and room was nice and clean, good breakfast. Only complaint was the hottub, or should I say warm tub. Wasn't much warmer than the pool and they allow kids in there, which for me was totally unacceptable. Wanted to sit and soak in it with my husband and there was tons of kids in it and with big squirt guns shooting from hottub to pool and we were getting hit in the face, parents did little to control them, finally had to get out. Never stayed anywhere where kids were allowed in there. They need to change this rule. less

Thankyou for your review and comments regarding your stay at the Best Western Waukesha Grand. I'm sorry that you had a bad experience concerning the hot tub. Children above the age of 12 are allowed in the hot tub, but the parents should have been watching over their children as well. We do have signs posted that there is no lifeguard on duty, which tells MOST parents that they should be watching over their children. By any chance did you mention something to the front desk attendant at the time? If you had, we could have come in and assisted if you needed us to. I'm so sorry this happened to you, it just wasn't right. Please accept my apologies. If you would like to discuss this further please give me a call at 262-524-9300.
