I stayed here for two nights while doing some hiking in the area. The town is not large so the options are limited for lodging. In some towns, that would mean the innkeepers don't try very hard to provide the guests a good experience, because they know they have a captive audience. This property doesn't seem to be phoning it in. It appears to be well kept up and the service was fine too. Some of the furnishings are a bit older, but everything is ship shape and clean. It's just a two story property with one main hall down the center. Views from the west are of the highway and the mountains beyond; views from the east look at ranch land and then . . . well, more mountains. Breakfast was filling, although the buffet was laid out strangely; I had a hard time finding some food. Overall, a solid hotel for this area and price range. less

Mark, so glad to hear that our housekeeping is up to par! Regarding the layout of our buffet, we try to arrange it so our guests are presented with access to a wide variety of options. Please always feel free to ask our breakfast attendant for assistance with finding what you want. Regarding the facility, we are on a three-year capital improvement plan, so keep returning to see new improvements! We're happy you enjoyed the views- thank you for staying.
