ID and matching credit card are required to check in. It’s our choice to allow a non-present credit card with our authorization form instead of simply denying service. We have been working with your daughter, her grandmother, and Mom, since the reservation was made. The problem was this was never completed. Thank you for rescuing your daughter tonight. She’s a sweetheart.

Nice people but go elsewhere

Hi Fred, it is our policy that reservations can only be checked in by the person who reserved the room. We try to make reasonable accommodation on this policy for married couples who share a last name and address. However when booking off a third party site many times that information is not included in the reservation and can prevent us from knowing someone else is authorized to check into a room that's not reserved in their name. I'm so sorry this was an issue for you. In the future if you book directly or with the brand website all that information will get delivered to us to help in these situations. We do have a $100 security hold with a major credit/debit card (not cash cards) that gets released at check out. Both the $100 security hold policy and the $7 parking policy are listed on all major booking engine websites. If you'll provide me with the name of the website you used I'll be happy to verify this. We have this security deposit to deter loud and unruly behavior, smoking etc. We want everyone to experience quiet nights in 100% non smoking rooms. We have staff on site 24 hours a day to handle any noise complaints called in.
