The employees of the front desk were extremely unhelpful and unable to answer questions regarding a parking ticket. I received a parking ticket for being 10 minutes late to my car. I had paid for parking until 16:11 and the ticket occurred at 16:20. I arrived at my car at 16:30 to find a ticket, much to my surprise! It was for $125 US!!! WOW! The Best Western has contracted with the company called OnePark and the front desk employees do not know the anything about how to pay the tickets or to manage the problem.
The hotel is average at best and I will never be coming back! No A/C, water all over the floor in the bathrooms from the shower, noisy area at night, difficult access, need I say more. Steer clear of this place as I think there are much better places to stay in Vejle! less

I am sorry you got a parking fine. OnePark runs the parking area and we are not able to influence their decision regarding parking fines.
As I understand, our front desk employees tried to guide you on how to pay the fine. It is issued on the fine how to contact the parking company and how to pay the fine. I would advise you to contact OnePark at www.onepark.dk if you are not satisfied with the fine.
