My husband and I never venture on holiday without what we call an escape route. We were on a four night coach holiday staying at the Best Western in Tiverton. From our arrival and throughout we were made to feel welcomed. It is a purpose built hotel. It is clean and the general opinion was that the beds were very comfortable. There were toiletries that were replenished daily as were the towels. There was a large comfortable lounge with enough room for the coach party as well as the individual guests.
The dining room was for all with the coach party sitting together at one end on long tables which had table cloths and cutlery nicely set out. We were served our first course and then table by table we went to a carvery where we had a choice. It seemed strange at first but somehow the system worked. The other guests were treated differently and were served at their tables. Considering the large numbers that had to be catered for, and there were two coach parties in on our first night, the hotel has given much thought on how to be welcoming. As said at the beginning, we always have an escape route but this is one hotel that we would happily revisit whether it was in a coach party or as individuals if we ever had the chance to be in that area again. less

I'm delighted you and your husband enjoyed your stay in our beautiful region and the feedback from the remainder of the group was also very positive.
I look forward to welcoming you and your husband back to the hotel soon.
