Travelling through and had lost my credit card called ahead to see if we could pay debit was told we could with a deposit. When arrived was told I needed a credit card and they could not accept debit. Maybe all staff should be aware of the same procedures? I was never asked for ID for the reservation and my partner was never asked for ID when we had to use his credit card. I know this is not company policy so definitely made me question the security practices and procedures of the hotel!! I would have brought it up at check out however when I came to drop off my keys no one was at the desk. An employee came out from the back office and walked by me and said hello but there was no acknowledgement of my checking out or asking how my stay was. Assumed my bill would be emailed to me as no was was there to print it but still have not received anything. Overall very disappointing stay and disappointing for a Best Western to not follow standard company polices. less
