We stayed here a couple of days, in the handy-cap room due my mother has mobility problems. The beds are extremely soft (as in too used) and high (maybe to make it easier for for wheel-chair users). All the staff (except the manager) was very accessible and helped us find the tours we where interested in.
The problem this hotel has is the management. It seems that they are trying to save money... or earn more by having limited staff that cannot be in two places at the same time (restaurant and bar); their gym has ONE spinning bike, that´s all!
Check out time is at 11:00 am, so for those traveling to Chihuahua by train, it´s a 5 hour wait. Even though my mother has mobility problems, the manager (Marcos Baca García) did absolutely nothing to improve her wait and even worse, they closed the restaurant (they were expecting a large group) so they had her waiting in the lobby without even a glass of water...(By the way, they cleaned our room until 12:30 pm... waiting there would have been much better and easier for my mom than in the lobby)... The opinion of all of us "guests" who were waiting for the train is that they basically kicked us out of the hotel! less
