Arriving to the front desk there was a young lady (without a name tag) who would not even greet us. She behaved as if she was doing us a personal favor for letting us stay at this property.
After the stay the chain sent me a questionnaire if I was greeted and recognized as a Diamond Select BW Rewards member, if I was satisfied with the welcome gift, etc.
I would have been satisfied if the young lady would have said, "hi, how's your day going", in the first place.
I tried to ignore her attitude, she must live with herself, I'm sure it must be a burden.
The 2-queen room and the whole property were severely dated, it felt like walking into a room in the late 1980s with the dark colors and the heavy-style furniture decor.
For the rates they were charging one would expect they would update and refresh at least a bit. Luckily, cleanliness was fine.
WiFi was terrible, it kept breaking up and you had to sign in again everytime you opened your device. Uploading even a single photo took minutes. It felt as if they were still on dial-up.
The only nice surprise was breakfast, it was better than the average BW, the attendant was also friendly and in good spirits.
I was glad I was there just for the night. For a BW Plus property it was a disappointment. less
