Owner Response
BWTallTrees, General Manager at BEST WESTERN Tall Trees Canberra, responded to this review
DennisJA Thank you for your review and it is disappointing to read that you did not enjoy your stay with us. Our standard rooms are compact yet still remaining functional. We are working on fixing the issues in the rooms from the relocation of the beds. The hotel does offer other room types that have larger bathrooms and living space, which is great if you are staying over for a few days and like the extra space around you. I will follow up with the housekeeping team regarding the issue you raised. Once again thank you for your feedback and we do hope that you will consider staying with us again when you are next in Canberra. Kind regards Brook Paulka
