My flight was canceled and I normally stay at another hotel chain and had the choice, but decided to give this one a chance since it was onsite. As a best western high reward member , I was very disappointed.
Rooms are not the best, dated and could use some re modeling. The carpet was grungy and unraveling, beds worn and uncomfortable, I asked for another room and it was the same.
Restaurant- I would not recommend it, our wait staff unfriendly, and it seems they did not have anything that was in the menu and didn’t care. One ray of light was in the lounge, where the staff was friendly and nice. This hotel will need some improvements to match the new renovation at the Syracuse Airport.
