Most of the time, staying at a hotel involves some combination of uncomfortable mattresses, overactive air conditioners, and a continental breakfast that is nothing to write home about. Our stay at the Best Western Suites involved none of that: The beds were comfortable, the room temperature was perfect and, after a great night's sleep, we went downstairs to enjoy a well-stocked continental breakfast with do-it-yourself waffles, mini- omelettes, sausage patties, milk, a selection of juices, and other breakfast items. The bathroom was clean and appeared to be new; the adjustable shower head was great. Surprisingly enough, the shower was quiet enough that it didn't wake up those who were still asleep. Why not give our stay a perfect rating? The mattress on the hide-away sleeper sofa was marginal and there were no extra pillows available. (Luckily, each bed came with four pillows!) A minor criticism regarding the breakfast sausage is that it appeared to have been warmed up in a microwave. (But it still tasted great!) Also, the only yogurt that was available was a "lite" yogurt with artificial sweetener. On balance, though, the pluses far outweighed the minuses. Would we stay there again? You betcha!! less

Thank you for covering everything, We do put 5 to 8 pillows in each room for the guest that would need extras and offer fresh linens for the sleeper sofa at the front desk. We do this to assure you that your sleeper sofa has been changed. Some guest will close it up with the linens still on it and we want to make sure that it is stripped and new linens are provided to the guest who needs to use the sofa. I am glad you will be staying with us again. Ask the front desk for the linens if you will need them when you return.
