The year now is "2020" & i havs stayed at a Hotel in Hanley Stoke on Trent, Now called? "The Best Western". in my youth? i have known it called? "The Grand Hotel", Then many yrs later? "The Quality Hotel". But now in "2020" ( i am not sure when it was renamed? ) I find this Hotel @ "66 Trinity street, Hanley, Stoke on Trent, North Staffordshire. Called? "The Best Western". I have heard? that a? ( what id'e call? posh / Expensive named Hotel chain, has dipped it's small toe into the water? )
But any way?? With reguard "The Best Western, 66 Triniity street, Stoke on Trent.
Duering my stay, I have found all the staff, very helpful & friendley. I Text a-head to say i had a lot of luggage ( ( 7 items )). They were verey helpfull for a single person who was on his own.
Duering my stay? I only have a couple of niggles??..The lift? ( Elevater to USS persons lol ) was not working for a couple of short times? ( you have to relise? The hotel, is an old building, so any problems? might be due to yhe buldings age????? )
But in the the Main of my stay?? I found the now named? "Best Western Hotel, 66 Trinity street, a good place to stay in Stoke on Trent. Even if you are some one who is woking in the arera? ( Say from the southern countieis )? It Still is a Godd Place to stay who ever you are? & for why you are in Stoke on Trent, North Staffordshire."!!
The onley other thing i will say on a negitive side to this hotel???
"Make Sure you Have a "Well Connected"" Internall Telephone conection?? Mine was broken. I told Reception at least 3 times?? But as i leaving the "15/01/2020"
( nothing to do with the internal phone system ) But make sure you have a working internal phone? If not?? & you need help? & you mobile phone is dead?) you need a stong voice......!! less
