Dear johnnyharden Thank you for your review, I apologise for any mix up with your reservation which may have made it not possible to allocate a particular bedroom preference. It is very disappointing to read your review given you have stayed with us before and always enjoyed your stays here. I do wish you had spoken with the team during your stay in relation to this feed back, as I feel confident any member of the team would of been only to happy to assist you with a room move. We have a new head chef joining the hotel next week, all menu's and there content will then be reviewed. I do hope you will consider staying with us in the future, please do contact me and I will personally handle your booking and assure you a superior stay. Kind Regards Neill Stockill
