I walked up to the window during hours the lobby was closed. I rang the bell and there was a man at the desk, but he did not respond. I rang again and even knocked on the window to try to get his attention. Regardless of any situation where the hotel could not book a room I should have been acknowledged and talked to. less

My apologies for the lack of service you described. I'm not sure if our bell was yet replaced from the hurricane during your stop at our window and it should not be an excuse, but if it was not working properly the glass window is sound proof to the inside and unfortunately the Agent on duty would not be able to hear your knock. Our staff takes great pride in assisting everyone, future guests, current guests or folks just stopping by to make a reservation at another BW. I can say without a doubt that had you been heard you would not have been ignored. We work for you our guests without you we would not be in business and for us to ignore you purposely would go against all our principles. I cannot explain what happened that evening and agree one hundred percent even if we are sold out you deserve to be acknowledged.
