Hotel is nice but computer needs lots of work

Overall the hotel itself is very nice but the hotel's computer needs some work or people that know what they are doing. Arrived on Friday Nov 10 to find 7 people in the lobby. One lady in a group of three looks to be very upset. She is asked to step aside so that desk person could check in the next couple. Then back to the lady that was at the desk, and then I learn that she has been there for two hours trying to check in. They had lost her reservation. She is once again asked to step aside and the next lady gets checked in. Then her traveling partner goes to check in and her reservation is not in the system even though she has an confirming email. So she is asked to step aside. So now I am at the desk, WOW my reservation is in the system. So I get checked in.
Go to the room only to find that all the towels in the bathroom are in the floor and some are in the toilet. Back to the front desk. Had to wait again for 20 minutes just to get towels while she is still dealing with the other ladies.
Next day we return to our room only to find our key cards do not work. Go back to the front desk only to find that I am NOT in the system. Someone else is listed in my room. So took some time to get this straightened out.
Then today I get an email saying my reservation is confirmed. Today being 11-14-17 and we stayed at the hotel, 11-10 and 11-11 nights. I booked the room way before then.
Like I said the hotel was nice but the computer system needs some work.
The only thing I would say is not very good about the hotel is the SMALL breakfast area. Not big enough when the hotel is fully booked.
My advise if staying here..... bring all you can to support that you have booked your room, will may need it.
Would I stay here again..... Maybe. less
