My experience here was one of that old hotel smell with new paint that was bright 1960's green. The lobby was nice though. The business center wasn't private just out in the lobby. The room was older and the carpet was old with that smell that retains on your clothes that you still smell when you get home. The walls are very thin and you hear EVERYTHING. The breakfast was poor. Only grape jelly for your toast.....tons of it. No peanut butter and no other jelly. Very little of each item was available. The pans were 1/4 filled and then not filled for awhile after being emptied and the eggs where the worst I have ever had.The breakfast is in front of the front desk in the lobby and you are watched by the clerks the whole time you are trying to find something to eat and it is uncomfortable.There are plenty of food venues in the area though. There are homeless people out front in the neighboring parking lot in cars and pretty sure drug use was going on. Glad my family wasn't with me. Pool and hot tub are unavailable for the season because they are outside. No work out room. One washer and one dryer. less

On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for not exceeding your expectations regarding the layout and decor of our hotel, breakfast, and your overall experience.
Recently, we've been finding new ways to improve our breakfast by new staff. We've come up with better ways to keep our foods hot and fresh at all times. Including, thoroughly checking our foods to make sure they're hot, and full on a routinely basis. We will take the effective measurement to assure this doesn't happen again in the future.
We take our guests safety very seriously. By being located on a busy street, we sometimes have uninvited individuals in our nearby areas. In the past, we have tried to resolve these issues with our local police department. Unfortunately, since they were on others properties, we have limited control to solve the issue, but we always try our best making our hotel safe. Our staffs routinely inspecting the property(round checks).
Your satisfaction is important to us and we will be using the feedback you gave us to implement improvements to ensure we offer a better experience for guests in the future.
