It's ok but older...........

My experience here was one of that old hotel smell with new paint that was bright 1960's green. The lobby was nice though. The business center wasn't private just out in the lobby. The room was older ... more

Sleepless in Monroe

Due to our convenient location, we are located near the busiest highway in the area. However, we hardly get complaints about noise. Usually, the trains only pass through Monroe during the day. Unfortunately, there were trains passing through that night unexpectedly. We are very sorry this interrupted your sleep. As a Best Western Rewards member, and you have mentioned that you are Diamond Select on your other account. Therefore, we honored you with a room upgrade and tried our best to make your stay enjoyable. If you decide to stay with us again, we will offer you a room on the opposite side of the hotel furthest away to avoid possible train noise. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will be using the feedback you gave us to implement improvements to ensure we offer a better experience for guests in the future. We made a call on November 11 around 10AM, however we had no luck with the phone number on file and left you a voice message. We are very sorry that your stay was not a good one. We created work orders for all of the Jacuzzi rooms that our maintenance department will be inspecting this month.
