Thank you for completing the survey regarding your recent stay at our property.
Mr. Spivey, on behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for not exceeding your expectations of a comfortable stay. Due to our convenient location, we are located near the busiest highway in the area. However, we hardly get complaints about noise. Usually, the trains only pass through Monroe during the day. Unfortunately, there were trains passing through that night unexpectedly. We are very sorry this interrupted your sleep. As a Best Western Rewards member, and you have mentioned that you are Diamond Select on your other account. Therefore, we honored you with a room upgrade and tried our best to make your stay enjoyable. If you decide to stay with us again, we will offer you a room on the opposite side of the hotel furthest away to avoid possible train noise.
