We stayed here one night in January on our way to New Orleans, had booked the room online. The clerk at check-in was pleasant, as was the clerk at check-out too. Our room was mostly fine, it had 2 double beds and they were comfortable. The room had a refrigerator and microwave, which is always nice. We appreciate having a refrigerator to keep our drinks cold. And we appreciate the extra electrical outlets on the lamps for phone charging and my husband's CPAP machine. The room had a split bathroom and I always like that better than having it all in one room. The only drawback was the room was a connecting room and I hate those. I feel they should warn you up front that the room they are giving you is a connecting one. I know both sides of the doors lock, but you can hear more noise from the connecting room. That type of room would be great for families traveling together, but for us we would have preferred not having one.
The room didn't show any signs of wear, and looked clean but I did discover a used coffee pod in the coffee maker so the machine hadn't been cleaned. There were plenty of fluffy white towels in the bathroom, also shampoo, conditioner and lotion. We slept okay but the room was too warm even though we turned the thermostat down to 64, it felt more like 74 so I'm not sure it was working properly.
The included-in-your-rate breakfast was fine, they had the usual things like scrambled eggs, sausage links, biscuits with gravy, yogurt, etc.
We would stay here again if we were in the area. less

I apologize for the coffee maker, and will certainly take your comments to my housekeeping department to improve services. Honesty from our guests is how we learn to do better.
