Our BW reservation for two nights appears to have been improperly communicated to Shadow Inn -- but they had to move us into the room with a King and kitchenette that we wanted (and are sure that we reserved) because there was no running hot water in the room they gave us. Even so, they kicked us out after the first night because they were fully booked for SAC graduation. With no other hotel rooms to be found, we turned around and went home, missing our niece's graduation because we had nowhere to sleep that night.
My criticism is because of the absolute uncaring indifference the front desk showed us. I'm in recovery from spinal fusion surgery and currently fairly disabled -- and needed the King (or two singles) to accommodate all the pillows and props I need to support me in bed. They offered no help in moving us between rooms after we moved in, unpacked and then discovered there was no hot running water. We had to move to a different building, on a different floor. They also wouldn't help phone around to find us another hotel for the second night.
If all goes well you might enjoy your stay here -- if you have a problem, I doubt you'll find the staff here interested, nor caring and certainly not helpful. This hotel is a big black eye to the Best Western franchise, which is generally good. less
