Okay I would definitely not refer someone to stay here as a vacation stay, it is tired and not as well cleaned as it could be (and should be given the coronavirus) but I had my own sanitizing products and was fun. It's near the interstate and can be loud, we were in a downstairs room and the people upstairs had several children, okay yep all that makes it a good one night layover stop. Downtown Woodland keeps getting more and more gentrified and that's fun.
The star of this show though is the front desk person at this Best Western, professional in attitude, appearance and performance! Alyssa should be congratulated for taking her job seriously as well as representing her company in the best possible way. She was patient, empathetic and friendly, WITH EVERYONE! In a time when customer service isn't about the customer or service this was refreshing and greatly appreciated! Good job! less
