Pool access was padlocked, pool was dirty, caution tape laying on the ground near hot tub, Friday morning lobby “host” acted inconvenienced when we asked for the breakfast sack. When asked if coffee was available we were told to go across the parking lot to 7-11 and that there was a doughnut shop on the way. We will NEVER stay there again! less
