I have stayed here several times before but was really disappointed this time. We had a much less pleasant room, the menu seems to have shrunk, the young member of staff at the bar was clearly more interested in the bloke on the motorbike than paying attention to her customers and her colleague was getting frustrated with her as she was having to do a lot of her work for her. Our deserts were thrust at us and when I asked for a serviette the look I received...... not my fault if the staff need training. I went to reception to say I felt the staff were dreadful but this was ignored. Next morning we came down and we arrived dead on 7am which is when breakfast is supposed to start to find all the breads had gone, most of the fruit and only a handful of grapefruit was left. When I helped myself to this another Irish customer had a go at me!! Again, I went to reception but again nothing was done. The same young girl as the night before was on duty and she was completely over worked as everyone was going for the ferry. Should have been at least two serving. All this despite me being a gold rewards customer I didn't benefit from the advertised free breakfast as I have realised I was charged the full breakfast price. At least have a breakfast available if you are going to charge me!! Terrible less

On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for not exceeding your expectations. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will be using the feedback you gave us to implement improvements to ensure we offer a better experience for guests in the future.
Firstly, I would like to address our menu. We have just launched a new Bar Menu which we feel has a generous amount of options to satisfy our guests and patrons. I am disappointed that you found it to be unsatisfactory as it is the largest menu we have had to date.
With regards to the service you received, I am most disappointed regarding your comments as customer service is our top priority and this would not be the standard we are used to offering our guests. I will be following up on this with the entire team.
I have looked into the matter of breakfast and accept that the buffet table ran out of several items. This was due to the majority of our rooms all arriving for breakfast at the same time. I can assure you that this is a rare occurrence however we will use your comments to ensure this does not happen again in the future. Thank you for making us aware of this. I would like to point out that we do not offer free breakfast to our guests and would be interested to know where you saw this advertised.
