Mr. Martinez We have heard from you back in December due to the lack of training the front desk had. I apologized and assured you that the issue would be fixed, which it has. Its been three months since your bad experience and since then the front desk has taken extensive training and we have spoken with third party reservation to fix their issues as well. I would have like you given my staff a second opportunity to redeem themselves like how we had spoken back in December. They have worked extremely hard since your bad experience.
