This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. My fiance and I were in town for work during the pandemic and the staff treated us like scum because we have a Seattle, WA billing address. No greeting when we approached the front desk, they refused to serve us our continental breakfast even though they provided sack breakfast for other guests (spoke with guests in the elevator). They placed different folks in adjoining rooms to us for eight nights out of our ten day stay and did not space folks accordingly for safe social distancing. You could hear through the walls, we had to continuously fetch toilet paper and tissues from the front desk as they would not bring anything to our room. The staff NEVER wore face masks nor did we see them sanitize any surfaces. Awful experience, could not locate the manager on site when asked. Leaking faucet in the bathroom, continuously lost internet and could not get housekeeping to properly clean our room. less

Thank you for your review, and I would like to apologize that your stay was unsatisfactory. During the Covid crisis we are sanitizing the public areas every 2 hours and upon each use, and temporarily suspending services that require frequently used common touch points. Under Best Western and local Health Department rules we are only providing stay-over housekeeping service upon request to minimize the time that housekeepers are in Guests' private areas. We are providing Grab and Go breakfast bags instead of a breakfast buffet to ensure social distancing and proper sanitation practices. Guests are given sign up slips for the breakfast bags at the front desk and are informed to request any stay-over services needed. Sanitation stations are available for guests and employees, as well as unlimited free sanitation hand wipes, and PPE including N95 masks and latex gloves are available for all employees. We take great pride in providing exceptional service during these tough times when restrictions are in place to keep everyone safe and healthy.
