First night, AC made a terrible noise, enough to make us turn it off so we could sleep. Then keep hearing road noise, like the window was open, which it was. The window wouldn't seal up and we had to listen to road noise all night, without ac. Asked the next morning, to either fix the two problems, or move us, or we would check out. When we came back the next evening, we were assured that the problems had been fixed. Went upstairs, and they hadn't touched the room, other than to clean. Had front desk person move us, and told him that we deserved some type of refund for the inconvenience we experienced on the first night.
Upon checkout, nothing had been done about any compensation to me. Spoke with the owner, and he told me that he would be happy to give me a 15% discount on my first night stay. 15% is the best he could do????? I doubt I will be back. less
