Not what I expected!

We checked into Best Western on Sunday had booked via Expedia. My husband, me and my 12 year old daughter. We are staying in hotels until we close on our house near by. After reading reviews for Best Western & my past experiences with Best Western I was looking forward to a comfortable stay. We paid for the king size room with a pull out which was only $8 dollar difference than the two queen size beds. The pull out mattress was just horrible, my daughter slept on it the first two nights without complaining, the third night she had a horrible neck and backache. When I asked the front desk host, Tina to have it changed she said ok. When we came back the same day, she tells me the maintenance guy fixed the springs and the bed just have your daughter try it again. Ok, so my daughter slept on it again and same.. it was really bad, she ended up sleeping with us on the king bed. Next day I tell Tina, she said ok try another room. Since we are so slow I can change the room. Ok.. so we tried the other room the pull out mattress was even worse. Tina knowing that we are here for maybe more than week and the hotel being extremely slow during holiday season refused to accommodate us. She stayed extremely unapologetic to our situation. Rest of the staff is very nice but I think she thinks she is the manager or whatever. We are very disappointed for the lack of customer service she has provided and won't be extending our stay for the next week instead I rather pay more elsewhere and get two queen beds as we did the previous week.
If you are traveling for business or quick stay this hotel is fine but if you are with a family or have any requests be sure they do not accommodate you. less
