Loud and poorly managed

Hotel has a constant stream of people going in and out of side entry doors all night long - and the side doors slam shut very loudly. The only comment or response I got from front desk staff was "yes... more

The staff lied to us and only allowed guests to stay on a 2nd floor with no elevator option

The hotel has no elevator and I traveled with my parents. They don't need a specialized room, but it is hard for them to do stairs. They put us on the top floor and did not give us an option to stay ... more

Very clean, quiet, dog-friendly
