Recently we had a business get together for our pan India staff. we booked around 40 rooms and stayed here for 3 days. the trip was excellent and the resort was really well maintained. Here are the few highlights of our stay, in such conditions when everyone was panicked about the outspread of Corona virus,
1. Temperature check at check in - all my staff members were checked if anyone had any flu like symptoms or if anyone had temperature. we all were made to give a written declaration about the recent travel history and medical condition.
2. Hand Sanitizers everywhere - at check in, in restaurants, in meeting hall, lounge, in short the resort did not compromise on the health of guests and kept adequate supply of sanitizers everywhere. guidelines for personal hygiene were also present to make people aware . the staff had masks on their faces and extra care was being followed to maintain hygiene.
3. polite and helpful staff - all staff members were courteous and helpful to us and were always found at service with polite attitude and a big smile.
apart from these, the rooms were clean and tidy, the garden was well maintained, food was amazingly yummy, swimming pool was cleaned twice a day.
All our staff members were happy to attend the meeting there where they could indulge in many other activities (like cricket, football, badminton, horse ride, camel rides) after hectic work hours.
Improvements required - Lobby area is a bit dull and needs a revamp.
we ordered canned real juice which almost cost us 1000 INR for a 1 ltr box of Real juice. so that needs to be checked. less
