Pre booked and paid for four nights, sight unseen. On arrival, very disappointed in the age of the property. Dark lobby, reminded me of entering a hotel in the 50's. The only elevator was a joke, would not work properly, stopped or bypassed floors that were not called. Parking is horrendous, there is a non-affiliated restaurant attached, guests for restaurant parked where hotel guests were to park, which forced guests to park on a dark side street away from hotel. The guest room was very small, sink was in bedroom and not in the bathroom, could not sit properly on the toilet due to handicap railing in the way (spouse and I are not handicapped). Housekeeping was inadequate, did not change out ice bucket each day, did not replace liner in trash can in bathroom. less
