DON'T STAY HERE! My family had no choice but to put up with this HORRIBLE HOTEL! The elevator took too long, too old, & was just horrible! The water in the tub didn't drain. The sink is separated from the bathroom. The beds were smelly and dusty. The lamps, TV, drawers, desk, night stand, and just everything in the room were SO DUSTY! The floors were SO YUCKY AND DIRTY before we got in. The cleaning ladies didn't speak English so asking for extra towels or to change our sheets took me a good 15 minutes of hand gestures and all they could say was "OKAY OKAY" but they just stood there and stared. Their beds were so high that I feared for my little boy, so I had to use all the pillows to protect him from falling off.
The front desk guy was hardly around when I needed help. The walls are so thin that I could make out the conversations happening next door. Their breakfast was scrambled eggs and CORN BEEF HASH (CANNED)!!! GROSS!!!! This is by far the WORST hotel I've ever stayed in. Please don't waste your money on this. The Inn at Great Neck was where I was suppose to go to, but my sister needed that reservation for her wedding so I gave it to her and oh man that hotel was HUGE and super nice. The Inn at Great Neck looked like my old apartment, it's that huge for just a hotel suite.
Don't waste good money on this TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE, DISGUSTING HOTEL!!!!!!!!!! less

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We know you prefer the Inn at Great Neck, however please know that is our sister hotel that serves our luxury guests where here at the Best Western Queens Gold Coast we give a great experience as a mid-level property.
We take pride in our hotel and maintaining a level of excellence for our guests to enjoy. Our employees are the backbone of our organization. We are sorry that the housekeeping team didn't meet your expectations. It is true that many of our team members do not speak English as a first language. We will work on better familiarization of certain words, however we have a great deal of pride in there work and overall they take great care to leave every room spotless and ready for the next guest. Even without perfect English, they are friendly to all. We inspect every room after housekeeping is done to assure that it meets our high quality standard.
We would like to assure you that our beds are standard height. We have not had any complaints regarding this issue from other guests. We would like to make you aware that we have cribs to offer our guests with children, should they be in need. A quick call to the front desk would have remedied the situation.
Please also know we offer our guests a delicious complimentary breakfast buffet with a variety of hot and cold choices. If there is anything you did not see you may always speak with our breakfast staff to see if they can accommodate any requests.
Our main goal is to keep our guests happy. We take great care in providing excellent customer service with a smile.
