The door required two hands and a strong pull to open. We were surprised when we got into the room that the floors were all tile. We commented that is was probably easier to keep the tile clean and sanitary compared to the typical carpeting. I'm not sure if the tile does not get cleaned or if the dust blows in, but just walking across the room got our socks grey. The A/C was a little noisy, but not too bad. They 'stocked' the room with one single small bar of soap for BOTH the sink and tub. Getting into the shower is not a good time to go in search of adequate soap. All in all, nothing major, but also not outstanding quality. The breakfast was good, and staffed by a pleasant woman who offered to assist everyone, and kept the tables clear and clean. The room keys were not programmed correctly the first time, so we had to go back to the lobby after Breakfast and get the keys reprogrammed. This is a regular irritant at many hotels. I don't know why they cannot tie the room key programming to the registration / occupancy system. less
