Thank you for your feedback regarding your stay here with us. We are disappointed to learn that we could not offer a superior experience for you during your stay here with us. We are sorry to learn that when you arrived at 8pm the Bar/Restaurant had already closed. However, if the bar is to be closed upon any guests arrival we do recommend many options within walking distance or short commute that are close to the hotel, that is if the bar/restaurant is to be closed or if our guest may want to explore their dining options throughout their stay. As far as your room on the 2nd floor we will be conducting a very thorough investigation to ensure that this incident does not occur again, we do take your feedback very seriously and will take every necessary precaution to ensure none of our guest have this experience.
