The rooms are very small and really need renovation.
The phone in the room was broken so it was difficult to get service. Not a business hotel as there is limited room service and the breakfast is really bad, not much on the menu, no good coffee machine.
Most of the staff was helpful but some were really not. Difficult to get a food delivery or any delivery to the room. Which is very frustrating when there is no good room service options.
Good location, close to OECD office, but I will not go back. less
TROCADEROLATOUR, Directeur général at Best Western Premier Trocadero La Tour, responded to this review
Dear Umulinga,
Thank you for your contribution.
We regret your comment about our property. We are aware that room size in Paris compare to your city or country is pretty much different. Please note that we still have larger room available.
About breakfast, our selection of items is as large as possible for a 41 bedrooms hotel with international travelers. We keep trying to improve and adapt our offer, and would more than happy to listen to your expectations in term of items.
We regret your difficulties of food delivery in your room. We do not give access to deliveries person into the room floor for guest safety.
For full information, we are always working on renovation, and our 2020 program is running well and is close to the end.
We remain at your disposal and hope to have a second chance in order to let you appreciate not only our staff and location.
We remain.
Best regards.
