Disappointed Service Moveroom and Breakfast Menu

Saya booking via tiket.com untuk stay 20-22 September 2019,request non smooking room. Alhasil pas c/i dapat smooking room karna ada grup kementrian extend. Dapat kamar #716 untuk tipe Super Deluxe Double,inside the room no hand towel,no face towel,only 1 setup slipper or wine's glass.But,i already request to reception during c/i for tommorrow room move to non smooking room and rec agre to make a note. First BF,i like western menu btw. For western menu only bean bacon and sausage ready,no beef bacon/spagheti/potato and no sushi. Sep 21 morning Kristin (i mean GRO) ask me about room and sure i tell the truth if i need room move and her direct help me to make second note in recpt. Arround 1 pm i left hotel and give room key to recp. Around 5 pm i'm back to hotel and ask about room move but recp say if now something happen about the system's down and no find non smooking room for me and offering for down grade(not some with may room type's Super Deluxe Double),absouletly i say i cann't to downgrade. So,i choose stay in #716. And i call Kristin in resto but no duty on afternoon. This is disappointed btw. And some minute later Kristin call and say if any misscommunication on recp staff about my new room. OMG,is that service that i got from 5***** hotel??? Thanks Kristin for your help. And i move to room #1917. Good room,so clean,completed amenities,close to the lift. But,AC panel and hair dryer didn't working properly. What happen with your room Best Western Premier The Hive. Why its happen during my stay there. Really disappointed experience. Second BF. Still no beef bacon,no sushi,no spagheti,no potato. But i love dimsum,jamu(Indonesia's traditional drink and salad btw. For next stay i hope the service will be better. I'll be back stay soon. Thanks less
