As many others have experienced, COVID has had a huge impact on hotels. We've had plenty of stays at various properties, Best Western or other that have had cleanliness concerns or where staffing was so reduced that rooms weren't ready until way past check-in time etc. What a breath of fresh air literally and figuratively The Central was. During our 3 night stay we didn't have a single issue or concern related to the hotel. The Lobby is very attractive and made for a nice quiet place to play games. Our room was at the end of the hallways which made for a bit of a walk to the lobby but was worth it for peace and quiet. The WiFi did everything I needed it to with great performance. Housekeeping did a great job at delivering a spotless room when we checked in and a freshened room every day of our stay. The on-site dining was satisfactory with great service and quality, but in my opinion, somewhat bland food.
Being a Premier, this is one of Best Western's most full-featured properties. All my BW Premier experiences have been stellar and I always hope to find one nearby when I'm booking travel. less
