I am extremely sorry, that we have not been able to match up to the expectations, during your recent visit.Your suggestion has been taken up with the board and we would do our level best, to make some favorable changes in the near future.The Shisha lounge was unanimously approved, on the basis of having something different and unique for the connoisseurs of hookah.We did rethink our strategies, pertaining to the same, and it is basically an experience to set a different fervor overall, to the food and beverage and its ambiance. We have had no intentions equivocally, to let any guests at the hotel, feel out of place.Sorry for that,We did not mean to offend none. Pertaining to coffee,we do not serve unlimited coffee,the promotions been over,it was basically meant to launch a new brand of local Arabica. I do apologize on behalf of the team pertaining to the roaches in the room.We have taken note, pertaining to the comments and the room number, we have incorporated rules pertaining to pest control for better means and measures. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
