This hotel with its beautiful art decor is going downhill since the departure of General Manager Ronald Maidens. My stay this time was so disappointing I must say I won't be returning, the current GM doesn't acknowledge guests at all, I guess he feels above that. He was probably coerced to send a welcome note as VIP guests. I couldn't even get an extra complimentary bottle water without being reminded that there is a two water bottles limit per day. The Wifi was terrible in both room and restaurant areas. I am sure the hotel lost a lot of regular guests it would be smart for the owners to put a GM in place that models Mr. Maidens impeccable hospitality- style ( he knew how to treat guests, made you feel so comfortable that you didn't want to leave the hotel).
The Staff services is what kept me from checking out the next day I want to acknowledge the Bellman gentlemen always smiling, helpful and courteous: Desir Robert, Edouard Junior from Food and Beverage, Nayalèe Fèdorah, to Front Desk, Marie Esther Bossa also the Shuttle Driver, Jules Jean Dovinks, who made sure I was comfortable and safe in the van. A property may appear beautiful but without the proper foundation in place it will fall apart. less

I had personally drafted a written welcome letter at the time of your visit. I am sorry I did not have the opportunity to meet up with you, but it’s extremely heartening to read a feedback so grave.
We put in a lot of effort and have immense passion in serving our guests at the Best Western Premier, who time and again visit us with their loyalty, love, affection and their presence.
We make it a prerogative to serve and assist our guests at the hotel in a professional and hospitable manner. We strive to ascertain the needs of our guests, so that they are satiated with the service offered.
There are 2 bottles of water served per guest during their stay. If there is a need for an extra bottle of water,it surely can be brought across to your but with a price.
The Wifi in the hotel is 100 MBPS, we do ascertain due to the change from the old wifi speed up gradation to the new speed, we could have a few hitches in regards to the challenging changes that have gone through, but on the onset, would surely and pertinently look into this, sorry for the inconvenience that it has caused you.
