Main reasons for a bad review are to do with their wifi which seemed like it was from early 2000s: it just timed out and stopped working at midnight and never came back and the custom login/password I had didn't work any longer. How is this still a thing instead of just having wifi?
Breakfast was also very limited and still 19 euros, with no waiters or service. less

The Best Western Premier Opéra Opal has renovated all our 33 rooms in 2018, completely refurbished and all the bedding has been changed.
Our WIFI connection is optical fiber, and to access you need a secure id and password, all the details are giving upon check in by the front desk, and help if needed to connect. Our front desk is available 24 hours a day and they would be delighted to help you at any time. Did you inform the front desk regarding this issue during your stay? The WIFI connection has been updated several times since 2000.
Our buffet breakfast is served every day from 7 to 10.30 am, the price is 19€ per person, and you have pastries, fresh pressed juices, fresh fruit, fruit salad, cheese, cold meats, yoghurts, cereals, bread, butter, jam, honey, and much more. Our waitress is at your disposal to serve your hot beverage, cappuccino, tea, latte, hot chocolate, and coffee. We offer a second choice of breakfast, an express breakfast, and the rate is 7€ per person this meal is available to take away but also to enjoy at our breakfast lounge. The waitress will be serving all the time during the breakfast, and if she was not there upon you arrival please accept our apologies.
