Most dishonest hotel in Paris. We booked on the hotel web site (not BW) to get a better rate, but we never received an email confirmation. We called to confirm and were told there was not a problem. We booked the rate that included breakfast for 20 euros more. After we had started to eat the breakfast, we were told breakfast was not included. The hotel then without our authorization and after we checked out charged the card we used to reserve the room but not the card we used to pay for the room. Very dishonest. The manager is nasty--I have the emails to prove it. Don't stay here. And don't be fooled by the cheap rates--this hotel will rip you off. less

You booked a rate without breakfast. The fact that you did not receive a confirmation means you did not enter a valid email address or you did not check your junk emails, as you made the booking yourself through a website; which also means you choose this rate yourself !
You called to check the booking, and everything was fine on our side (booking received + guarantee provided). You never asked if the breakfast was included at that time.
Once you came at the breakfast room for the 1st morning, we informed you that the breakfast was not included and invited you to sign an "extra breakfast ticket", but you contested that fact and still ate the breakfast.
We provided the confirmation we received from the website to you on that day, proof of what you booked, but even with that, you keep repeating we are dishonest.
At your departure, you were informed about this charge to be paid, but you refused and left without paying it. You were charged for the amount of the breakfast as you provided a credit card as guarantee for this kind of situation.
Knowing that the only thing written in my 2 emails are:
- the information I wrote previous in this comment
- the invoice regarding your payment
, I cannot understand why I would be someone nasty.
Our hotel should not be blamed for something we are not responsible for.
