An absolutely average hotel. The rooms are very, very small and bit outdated, but clean The hotel is also quite noisy as the walls appear to be quite thin. The best thing about this hotel is definitely its location. 10min slow walk to the Opera and Galeries Lafayette.
However, I was a bit disappointed in the hotel. When making a reservation I asked for an early check-in and then also wrote them an email. Nobody responded. I do understand that sometimes it is just not possible, but I do find it quite disrespectful not even to reply to my email. I arrived to the hotel at 8am after a 10 hour flight and on top of it all the couple who checked in right before me was able to check in while I had to wait till noon.
Also when checking-out they wanted to charge me an item from the mini-bar. However, I have not even noticed a mini-bar in the room let alone taken something from it. They did apologize but still kind of a weird situation. less
