This is the second time within a montj thay I have stayed at this hotel. The first time, right before I left the country, I had no issues, aside from the hotle shuttle being a tad slow. The second time however, hospitality was horrible. I had dinner at the on site resturant and the service was sub-par. It was at least 5 minutes before I was greeted and there was only 2 other people. Then when my order was taken, I felt like staff was trying to push me out of the resturant at 8pm. My checkout experience was quite the same where I was definitely intruding by asking for my check out. Worst yet, the shuttle driver was an absolute jerk. Like I said just got back from traveling internationally and couldn't believe this service. First, as I attempted to ask the driver if I could get in, he simply held up his hand to me. When he got out he stared at me and said I could put my bags in. I had 2 large bags that I was traveling with and he did not help me put them in the shuttle bus. In the hospitality industry it really is in the small details that make a stay. Because of this, when I come through Miami again, I will not be staying at Best Western Premier. less
