Couldn't fault it!

07/01/2017 Antipodean_Annie,

This is an excellent hotel. Despite the hotel being very full we found all the staff friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Best location in Kitzbühel for skiing as it is virtually ski in/ ski out. How... more

Spacious rooms

01/01/2017 GilsBerlaar, Berlaar

The only inconvenience is the underground hotel parking that doesn't tell you at the entrance when it is full. There isn't a lot of space to turn your car at level -2. Rooms are comfortable and spacio... more

Dear Berlaar family, we are very sorry to hear, that our underground hotel parking did not meet your expectations. Of course we immediately checked the traffic light in the garage, which sends a signal to the entrance to give wayto the parking or leaving cars. But of course we are very happy to hear, that you fell comfortable in our rooms. All the best for the new year and hopefully see you again!

Tick all the boxes for skiers

We just got back from our ski trip in Kitzbuhel and couldn't be more pleased with our experience at Best Western. We managed to bag a good deal via hotel.com website to stay here. Before arriving, we... more

Dear Paul O, we are very happy to hear that you and your family had a pleasant stay at our hotel. Yes, we do agree: the ski in/ ski out situation is one of the biggest advantage of the Kaiserhof. The free non alcoholic drinks and our food is also mostly appreciated. We wish you a very happy and prosperous new year and hope to see you again at the Kaiserhof! Best regards from kitzbühel, which is covered with snow right now! Sonja

Rude staff

13/12/2016 Neil C, Eastham

I was unfortunate enough to stay here for two nights. My three friends an I stayed in the Maximillian Suite, the most prestigious room in the hotel. The room, the location (next to the ski lift) was... more

Dear Neil C, reading through your comments made us at first sight very happy, to understand, that you fell really comfortable at the Maximilian Suite - which is definitely the best suite in our 4 star superior hotel. While continued reading we reached to your complaint about our staff, where you must have got the impression of not being welcomed. If this was your impression, then of course, it was not at all our staff's intention to behave like that. Noise is always a difficult matter in a hotel with 73 rooms only and if other guests feel disturbed by music volume, it is a big challenge to meet everyones expectations. After all upon your day of departure the Maximilian Suite was booked again, the hotel was sold out that day and the staff had to be in schedule to be ready with the rooms upon the new arrivals. Imaginatively you were told, to use the showers in our spa area till you got picked up by your transfer. If you got the impression of being treated by rude and arrogant staff, then of course we do appologize, but also we must admit, that the Kaiserhof team is well known for the friendly and caring staff. We would appreciate, if you'd give us another chance to proof. For now we remain with best regards from Kitzbühel, which is covered with snow. Sonja Palma
