We picked this hotel after looking at the rankings and reviews on TripAdvisor, and the pictures also made the rooms look nice. From check in to check out, this was not a great stay. We were in the check in line at least 20 minutes, finally got to check in, had to spend another 20 minutes because the system wasn't working properly and only got one key. When we got inside the room we were NOT impressed. The room is SMALL. You have to be a contortionist to use the "stall" where the shower and toilet are. And the sink on top of the counter leaves no counter space at all. The bed was made, but the carpet hadn't been vacuumed, because there were debris from past guests on the floor. We would have complained, but with how long it took us to get our room, it wouldn't have been worth it.
The elevators weren't working properly. One set wouldn't go downstairs, so we had to walk around to the other set. In the hallway, the ice machine was leaking, and there's a huge wet spot. That wet spot was there the entire 2 days without being addressed. When we went downstairs to let them know about the elevator, we were given 2 free breakfast vouchers, only to find out the next morning that these are given out like water for the same breakfast other hotels are giving their guests for free. Not to mention you can't bring the breakfast back to your room.
Speaking of our room, when we got back that evening (we were there for bereavement), we discovered hair in the shower, unclean furnishings (fingerprints above the bed on the wood panelings), and the heater is LOUD. I had to disinfect our room in order to feel SLIGHTLY comfortable.
PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. This hotel needs not a renovation, but gutting, and better upkeep! less

We are deeply sorry to see that you faced issues during your stay. We understand it was a tough time for you due to the bereavement and we were not able to comfort you with your stay. I understand that during a tough time like this having to face even a slight issue can be really frustrating and hard to handle, I would urge you to contact our manager since I am unable to identify your phone number and he would be in gratitude if he is given the chance to further assist you and make this situation even slightly better than it currently is.
Condolences to you and your family, hope you have the strength to get through this tough time.
