For the money I paid and a brand hotel, I expected a better experience. The rooms were small, even by Paris standards; the elevator made me feel claustrophobic (only myself and my suitcase could fit - my husband had to wait for it to come back); the walls were thin (we could hear the neighbours); the view from our room was the worst (looking into an alley); we had to submit our key card every time we left the building, a maid knocked the door one morning without saying 'housekeeping' and without pausing and came right in - I had just come out of the shower; and breakfast was overpriced. It was very close to the subway and nice restaurants nearby - only real plus. less

Thank you for your comment. As you told you already on medallia, and on behald of our entire team, please accept all our apologizes for not reaching your expectations.
We propose 4 types of rooms, from single to family suites, from 10m² to 25m²; The one you booked was 13m². I understand your concern about the noise, that's why we gave you a room, on the backyard which is quieter than the street (even quiet because it's a one-way street), and with only one neighboor.
It is right that our elevator is tiny buy it serves all the floors until the 6th.
Regarding the key we asked our guests to leave at the reception, it is for security reason, to prevent people who don't belong to the hotel to disturb our guest and ensure their security. I'm sure you understand that.
