To start off...the elevator was not working, they gave us a room on the 3rd floor, had a senior citizen with medical issues, and had to carry things to the 3rd floor, management offered no help. A rollaway bed was supposed to be included, but couldn't unfold it in the room, and the next morning, a housekeeper came to the room asking for money for the rollaway!
Management was very rude, and suggested that we find a different motel when a complaint was made. Oh...and the heated indoor pool.....was ice cold! Do not waste your money! less

Thank you for sharing your feedback of the hotel as we continue to make improvements to the property, we will take guest feedback into consideration to make the necessary changes to enhance the guest experience. The guest did not give a credit card for incidentals as you booked on Expedia & we do not have access to your credit card, Expedia (hotels.com) pays for the room. I was taking responsibility for the errors of the new front desk agent for the errors of not taking a credit card and giving a rollaway to a room that is not allowed a rollaway due to fire code as there would be no way to exit the guestroom in an emergency. I didn't charge for the rollaway for the two nights already stayed (hotel's error by new front desk agent), but I would be charging for the upcoming 3rd & 4th night ($10 per night, standard in the hotel industry). The maid only asked for you to come to the front desk regarding payment issue. The hotel only wanted to have an incidental credit card on file, but you refused to provide one and I said that we would need one on file to stay at the hotel. The guest decided to leave the hotel, and we honored the cancellation of the remaining reservation without penalties.
