Unfriendly Staff and not Customer focused.

Arrived at the airport and called for pickup. Myself and two other passengers stood in the falling snow and mush for over 35 minutes waiting for pickup, and the hotel is 3 minutes from the airport. I called the desk 5 or 6 times and each time the person was not friendly and made some excuse as to why the driver was late. When the driver did arrive, he made no mention as to why he was late. The young girl at the desk was not friendly at all and gave the impression that we were more of a problem than a customer. We came down later to have dinner (nearby) and there was a new receptionist, the driver and an unknown person at a dining table eating. I suspect that is why the driver was late, as he was getting their dinner. I would not stay at this hotel again. I was there on February 12, 2020 and arrived at the airport at 7:00 P.M. less

I truly apologize that you were disappointed with our complimentary shuttle service. Our shuttle driver was on a run to another location when you called from the airport. The weather caused the roads to be very bad and our driver was being cautious because of the slippery conditions. I also want to apologize that the driver did not let you know why he was running late. I hope that you might give our hotel another opportunity to serve you.
