With the BW brand, we expect a certain standard of quality, but this hotel fell far short. It’s obviously old and worn, with long, very narrow hallways and strange floor plans for the rooms. Our room had a short sort of T-hall off the main hall, which was so narrow we couldn’t get a luggage cart through it. Had to unload in the main hall and cart things to the room. The bathroom has only a sliding door with a translucent panel. Switch for the bathroom light is outside the bathroom, which makes no sense. The sliding door was noisy and didn’t quite close. There was really nothing about this hotel to like. It should probably be torn down and something new built. less

Thank you for your feedback. We work hard to provide each guest that comes through our front door with an exceptional hospitality experience, and it’s with regret from our end to hear that’s not the impression you received. I’m sorry there was an issue with your room and I appreciate you letting us know so we’ll be able to investigate. I hope we’ll have the opportunity to turn this experience around on your next visit. We have have quite a few room types to choose from, a team willing to assist with luggage and I’m confident we can provide the kind of hometown Route 66 hospitality we’re known for. Please give us a call the next time you are traveling to Flagstaff, and our front desk will be happy to make sure you get the best rates possible. Until then-- we wish you continued and safe travels!
