I had a reservation for this hotel during my visit to Miami. The initial reservation was for 7 days with rate of $195/per day, and total plus tax was $1545. When we got there, we found the bed was very small for two people, so I cancelled the reservation in early next morning, I agreed for extra charge of one day. However, after I received the bill, I found I was charged for three days of $645 for actually sleeping one night. I called them ask for explaining, they kept saying I checked out after slept two nights. Then they just hang up and refused to pick up my phone, when I tried to call them again many time. less

If it was book directly with us, we can assist you easier once contact is made with us at the front desk.
If your reservation was booked with a third party, we advise our guests to call that company as they are the only ones who can assist you in modifying your stay. After making the changes, we highly recommend guests to follow-up with the property to make sure the third party changed the information in the system, and made us aware of any modifications. It's important that all parties are on the same page and addressed accordingly.
