Just because you reserve a room on BestWestern.com doesn't mean you'll get it!

I booked a King room on BestWestern.com. The pictures on the King room I viewed, clearly showed a bath tub, so I made a reservation. When I got there, Shannon, the front desk clerk gave me a room with a roll in shower! Unbelievable! When I went back to the front desk to get the room I erserved, first she told me, "we don't have bathtubs". When I told her I had stayed there many times before and ALWAYS get a bathtub, she changed her answer to, "did you put that in your request?" Seriously? I didn't put I want a TV and a King bed in my request, but got what I reserved. Why should I have to list everything BW offers in the room selection? Unbelievable! I was "blessed" again when I had to deal with her AGAIN at checkout! More fun dealing with, "I have an answer for everything Shannon!" less
