Check in went smoothly, the room request was accommodated, the bathroom was clean, the a/c worked, the WiFi worked and had a password requirement even though it was a poor, weak password. The breakfast choices were good and hot.
The outer entry doors are automatic sliding doors, but the inner doors are standard hand open type. They have a button for the handicapped to open them, but it would be so much easier on everyone if the inner doors were also automatic sliding doors. The room had a card on the bed that said the room had been thoroughly cleaned, but all I had to do was move the foot stool and found old food under it. The cleaning staff can’t move a foot stool? The computer desk is not near large enough. The power port on top has just one socket. I had to string together two multi-port power strips to have enough sockets for all devices. The Ethernet cable on the table top did not work and there was no Ethernet jack where I could plug in my own Ethernet cable. The table chair is just a standard straight leg chair and it is not proper height for comfortable use. They provide a small lap table and movable mini-table, but these are not nearly adequate as there are other items that a person may likely use at the same time with a laptop. There is no lighting at the computer table, not on the floor, table, or wall. I had to make room on the computer table to put a portable light there to clearly see things. I went at 5:30 am one morning for coffee and found the person just putting out the creamer for breakfast time. Since coffee is available 24/7, why isn’t the creamer also available 24/7? Also, the only creamer available is Hazelnut flavored. Why isn’t unflavored creamer available?
I believe there are many changes needed here. less
