I understand were in the middle of a pandemic, but when you are still charging over $100 a night for a room, one would expect Housekeeping everyday. The breakfast selection was horrible, Frozen breakfast sandwhiches you have to microwave, there was no milk, just SOY! If you work night shift and sleep during the day dont plan on getting any sleep because they are obviously doing renovations. They are understaffed and from what I heard while standing at the desk to turn my key in, the staff that is still working are treated very rudely. All I heard was a Woman in the back (who im guessing is the manager) Yelling at the front desk guy. Screaming and cursing F this F that and that its not her GD problem (which my kid heard!). I genually felt bad for that employee. What kind of manager curses at and degrades her employees? Disgusting! I will never stay here again for that exact reason. less

Valued guest, thank you for your feedback regarding your most recent stay. My sincerest apologies in all mentioned regards of your recent stay. With the pandemic we are limited in our breakfast selections to pre packaged items for the time being until social distancing restrictions are lifted. This change as well as the removal of housekeeping stay over service are changes most hotel chains have made during these difficult times to reduce touch points, promote social distancing and further our measures to keep guests and staff as safe as possible. Fresh towels, and changing of trash is available upon request.
We are currently under renovations during normal business hours, to limit the disturbance to our guests. The upgrades and renovations are in the best interest of our guests and will provide a better experience overall in the future.
In regards to the conversation you overheard among two staff members, please let me offer my greatest and sincerest of apologies and assure you the involved parties will be made aware of your review and the situation so we can be sure such does not repeat in the future.
I do hope you will consider giving us another chance in the future, we would appreciate the opportunity to show you the great customer experience we are normally known for.
