This hotel is a very nice property... centrally located and clean in and around. However, it would have been nice to have been recognized as a Diamond-level Best Western Rewards Member. The young lady at the desk did not greet me at all upon entering, and instead, just went right to the business of checking me in. Additionally, as a Diamond-level member, I am also entitled to the best available room, which I certainly did not get. Despite the fact that I reserved the room online several days prior to arrival, the room I was given was not on an end or even on the favorable side or floor of the hotel. We were placed under a family with children who ran around late at night and early in the morning. I was given no room option whatsoever, nor was I told this was the only room available. As if this wasn't enough, I also slept literally two feet from a refrigerator that made noises all night (it was placed in a corner convenient to an outlet... not convenient to a sleeper). The breakfast area was filthy (dirty tables and spilled liquids on the floor) and unattended at 8:30 AM. Upon checkout, my bill was wrong. It stated that I was due back $100.53, which was an error that would have given me a free night. I brought this to the attention of the desk clerk in the morning. I was not thanked for catching this. I stay in Best Westerns around the world... probably 30-40 nights a year, and unfortunately, this is a problem with their rewards program. Some (many?) locations do not deliver what is promised on the BW Rewards website. It's a shame, because I feel it is a nice property. less

I will personally speak with all of our employees to make sure that everyone is getting greeted, recognized for being a Diamond member and making sure that billing issues are addressed immediately. Again, I want to thank you for bringing these issues to my attention so that we can fix them and make it a good experience for all of our guests. We do hope that you will give us another chance in the future to provide superior guest service skills.
