We arrived at this location late Wednesday evening Aug 23, 2017, for a family vacation. Adjusted the AC and pretty much went straight to bed, long day driving. Out early the next day and after returning to the room that evening we noticed the AC didn't seem to be functioning properly but again went to bed. Woke up sweating due to how hot it was in the room and spoke with the front desk first thing Friday morning and voiced our issues. Was told they would check it and make repairs. Long story short we slept in the sauna for 2 more nights. Spoke to the front desk again when checking out, same clerk I reported the problem to acted as if she had no clue until I advised her that I reported it to her and pointed to the date book she wrote the complaint and our room number in and she turned right to it. All I got was "I'm sorry did they not come fix it?". Final result was we got 10% off our bill, wasn't enough in my opinion, but still very disappointed with the conditions and the staffs attention to the matter. less
