I just want to say that everything about this place is a mess. The surrounding area is terrible for food, entertainment, anything. I found an 100$ charge 6 MONTHS after my initial visit. When I called I was yelled at by a man manager saying that I left without paying (idk how that is even possible.) I paid and left keys for front desk. Also, why do you feel it is right to charge my card without at least giving me a phone call or reaching out in some capacity. He told me that wasn't his problem and he didn't have any information on me. Told me he would call police on me when I already said I paid? How is that possible? DO NOT LEAVE CREDIT CARDS ON FILE WITH THIS HOTEL. less

We have a full service, newly renovated restaurant attached to our hotel that offers a variety of best value menu options to choose from. It is also a walking distance from local malls, and located next to Hwy 400, which makes it a short drive to Canada’s Wonderland, subway station, other major highways, airport and other malls. We have ample of free parking spaces as well.
Our guest services representatives are well trained to ensure total guest satisfaction. I am sorry to hear that you felt that we were rude over the phone and you were not addressed to in a professional manner. The charges mentioned in your comments relate to a lost and found item delivered to you as per your request. We keep a strict log of all our lost and found items and arrange them to be delivered when requested by the guests. It is also confirmed that the delivery charges are payable by the guests. The item was successfully delivered by the courier company to you but they could not collect delivery charges. Since the payment was not honored as agreed, they billed our company account. The payment due was then automatically applied to the credit card on file, since the agreement was already in place for delivery and related charges. Customer privacy is very important to us and all personal information is safely secured. Every effort is made to notify the guest regarding use of any information we have on file. On behalf of me and my entire team, I apologize regarding the misunderstanding.
