Stay here if you'd like to be charged a $250 damage fee for something you did not do. When called to resolve the situation the manager, Nick Hrousalas, was extremely disgusting with the way he handled the situation. 1. someone was locked in our room when we were checking in our room at 8pm. We then switched to another room as they refused to open the door. Then the amenities were not working in the next room so they moved us back to the original room. Next thing we know we are charged a damage fee for an apparently loose table leg where the manager said we were clearly sitting on a table. Having to stay in a hotel room is already concerning during a pandemic (this was an essential travel) why on earth would we sit on a table???. As someone who has worked in a hotel room I know very well what gets cleaned and what else can be overlooked. I will not be silent about this issue. We are travelling for work and have been accused for being reckless. Why on earth was someone locked in our room at 8pm? Why on earth would we sit on a table? stay away! as people who have stayed in several hotels before and someone who has worked in the hotel industry previously, this was by far the worst experience I have ever had and i will make sure a lot of my colleagues, friends, and family hear about this disgusting place.
As the head office is not helping to solve this issue, I am forced to posy my experience in every media outlet possible and file a police report. My safety was jeopardized when someone was randomly in my hotel room locked at 8pm and they will not even look into this as the manager refuses to provide video evidence to see who was in my room at night. less
