We were initially given room 216. If they give you that room, request a different one. It was horrible! Let's start at the top, the ceiling was half painted, the sprinkler head didn't have an escutcheon around it so we could see inside the ceiling, the walls were half painted, the bathroom light didn't always come on when switched on, the floor was literally uneven - don't even know how to describe that one, the bed was really hard, and we could hear every time the elevator moved or someone was on the stairs REALLY LOUD. We were in there half an hour before we decided to ask to switch rooms, which we have NEVER done before. The ladies at the front desk were really nice, though, and put us in room 204. This room was better, bed was still a rock and the refrigerator didn't work which was super frustrating but obviously it could have been worse. My only question would have been why they stuck us in that first room to begin with since there were so many other rooms they could have put us in? Were they saving the "good" ones for last minute bookings? Breakfast was decent and the staff were very friendly and tried to help but ultimately, we will not return to this location. less
