I am not sure how this Best Western is a PLUS. It barely is a Best Western. I understand that each of the hotels are independently owned and operated, but they still have the Best Western name. Ok, first, I recommend that you get a room on the back side of the hotel, away from the freeway. We were on the freeway side and it was OK, but it would have been better on the back side, next to Costco. Now for my complaints. The cleaning staff did not take out the trash, give us washcloths or give us new coffee supplies. You need to get these things right the first time. Some of the towels were clean, but stained. The tile in the bathroom was cracked, along with the grout. There was exercise equipment in the lobby for my entire stay. There was cracks in the ceiling of our room and the carpet was sticky. The clothes hangers could not be removed from the closet (come on, get some other kind so I can at least take the clothes hanger off the rod). The door locks were recently changed and I guess upgraded, but they did not take the time to paint the door where the old ones were at. Not exactly what I expect from a Plus hotel. And yes I have stayed in other Best Western Plus and Best Western hotels that were much nicer than this. less
