Turn and run, please.
There are so many descriptive words that I could come up with but FILTHY seems to top the list. I stayed there two nights, two too many. The room I was in hadn't seen a good vacuuming since the hotel was built. I gave it the white sock test, failed, further I took a washcloth and cleaned half of the surfaces and showed them to "management" who assured me it would be taken care of, guess what, it wasn't. Told "management that this was unacceptable by any stretch of the imagination and that I would be cutting my stay short and moving. After the second night I packed up. moved out and went to a BETTER hotel ( Salvatores) that was given to me by another guest.
I was informed that this hotel was going to be a La Quinta, I sincerely hope that La Quinta knows what they are getting in to.
The room did have a fridge (that was dirty, imagine that), no microwave (supposedly on order), no USA today ( was told they are in transition and cannot carry it ), breakfast was less than anything I've seen, AND management stood there and watched you eat ( in case you ate too much).
All in all of my many trips to the great city of Buffalo, this was my worst experience, and to add to it on the day I checked out another guest was complaining about bed bugs. Glad I'm gone, I did all I could to assure myself that I hadn't gotten any.... less
